The measures will be reviewed periodically, so you can not ensure that you can enjoy the pool during the stay. Among the measures taken by the City Council also the closure of showers on the beach and the fountains of the promenade. This is a situation beyond our control, totally beyond our control and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

A security deposit of 250.00 Euros is required for each stay. This is paid about a week prior to the arrival. Deposit will only be refundable after check-out if the apartment has not been damaged.

We will contact you prior to your arrival to do the check in online and give you the keys.

Late check in costs:

From 16:00 21:00pm free of charge.

From 21:01 pm to 22:00 am 30.00 euros.

From 22:01 pm to 23:00 am 40.00 euros.
