Close to several major locations for guests who need to stay here for some time, we also make sure to give our guests everything they need at our Raleigh hotel. Take advantage of weekly housekeeping to come home to a clean room regularly, and the free parking for cars, trucks and buses to see Raleigh with a group. Send and receive important, secure documents with the fax machine, too. That security can matter for guests who need to visit the Capitol Building.

Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Additional housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, mini donuts, coffee, and tea only.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment, cash is not accepted.

All pre-paid reservations will require an incidental deposit of 100 USD - Cash only. A Debit or Credit Card is required for a 50 USD, Incidental Deposit at the time of check-in. A valid bank-issued Debit or Credit Card with ID is required upon check-in. Cardholder must be present with a physical Identification Card or Debit Card with Chip and Identification Card at the time of check-in, copies not accepted. The hotel does not accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash, Pre-Paid Cards, Gift Cards, or any Nameless Cards. Credit Card provided will be authorized 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm a guaranteed reservation. Declined Credit Cards Reservations will be cancelled.
Early Check-In Fee of 20 USD prior to 3:00 PM;
Late Check-Out Fee of 20 USD after 11:00 AM. All guests must vacate by 3:00 PM if payment for upcoming night is not received.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
