Decorated with solid wooden furnishings, the bright apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a spa bath, and 2 bedrooms. A lift leads directly into the apartment. A ski storage room is also on site.
The penthouse has a private lockable room next to the garage where skis and bicycles can be stored. It also includes a ski boot dryer.
The Penthouse Kitzpanorama is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking tours, and Lake Zell is 5 km away. In winter, a free ski bus stop is next to the building, and the Schaufelberg Cable Car is 600 metres away. Several restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the centre of Kaprun.
