The Ferienhaus Sonnenhang enjoys an elevated, central and sunny location in Matrei in East Tyrol, amid the Hohe Tauern National Park. It features an infra-red cabin to relax after a day on the slopes.
All apartments feature a kitchenette, a comfortable sofa, and satellite TV. There is also a terrace and a barbecue facility for the free use of all guests.
Half-board is available in cooperation with a nearby restaurant, and in spring, a cookery course is offered. Breakfast with local specialities is served upon request.
In summer, the house is an ideal starting point for hiking tours to the Großglockner Mountain and the Großvenediger Mountain, while in winter skiing and snowboarding is possible in the Großglockner Kals-Matrei Ski Area. A ski storage room with a boot dryer is available free of charge.
