The 3.000m² spa area includes an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, several saunas, a laconium, an infrared cabin, an event sauna, a dip tank, a kneipp basement and a textile sauna, a steam bath, a beauty and massage programme, health and beauty baths, and a spacious gym.

There are several play areas for children, a spacious playground as well as professional child care.

Facilities at Aktiv- & Wellnesshotel Bergfried include a cocktail bar, a lounge area, billiards, a fireplace lounge, a ski room, babysitting services, a parking garage, and a parking lot.
