With direct access to the beach of the Bassin d'Arcachon, this residence is in the middle of a park in Ares. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as accommodation set in either the fishermen village or the village of Arcachon.
Each maisonette at the Nemea Les Rives De Saint Brice features a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area. They all have a private furnished terrace and bathroom.
Les Rives De Saint Brice has a fitness centre. The residence also provides bicycle rental and free internet access in its public areas.
Guests can visit the Les Plages de l'Océan, which is 10 km from the hotel, or enjoy wine tasting at the surrounding wineries up to Bordeaux, which is 40 km away.

Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except all day on Wednesday and on Sunday afternoons outside of French school holidays.
