Aya Lodge Madarao is located in Madarao Mountain Ski Resort, 12 km from IIyama City in the Nagano Region. Featuring panoramic mountain and valley views, the property offers ski-to-door access to the nearest ski area, 250 metres away. Free WiFi access is available throughout the entire property and a game room is available for all guests.
Offering ski storage space and discounted ski lift passes, the accommodation features heated floors with Western bedding. Transportation service to Madarao Onsen hot spring facility is available everyday or guests can enjoy happy hour drinks while admiring mountain views from the on-site lounge.
A complimentary drink is served to all guests and a Western-style breakfast is available each morning.
There are many ski resorts within a 40-minute drive and guided tours are offered to explore the area such as the Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park. The property staff provides local mountain tours and can showcase other local mountains like Nozawa Onsen, Myoko Kogen, Akakura Kanko or Lotte Arai.
