[Regulation of use]

▪ All rooms are non-smoking for the convenience of all customers who use Marina Bay Seoul Hotel. For smoking, please use the designated smoking area outside the hotel, and a fine of 200,000 won will be imposed for smoking inside the room (including e-cigarettes).

▪ In the event of damage to wallpaper, bedding, and room equipment due to the act of attaching highly adhesive materials to the walls and ceilings of the room and negligence, the hotel may claim compensation for material damage, so please be careful when using it.

▪ The maximum number of people who can enter the room is limited to the maximum number of people per room type, including infants and toddlers.

▪ Cooking is not allowed in all rooms. (No cooking utensils allowed in the room / For example, burner, electric grill, etc.)

▪ Households cannot be relocated or moved due to concerns about the prevention of safety accidents in the room and damage to hotel assets.

▪ Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage or physical injury caused by the guest's attributable reasons.

[How to use the swimming pool]

* Indoor swimming pool (3F)

10:00-20:00 on weekdays, 09:00-21:00 on weekends/holiday (break time 14:00-15:00)

* End of operation of rooftop swimming pool (17F)

- Only Premier Family Twin to Suite rooms are available for swimming.

- Small people must enter with a person.

- For smooth customer circulation, the usage time is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

- In order to minimize congestion, admission restrictions may occur depending on the situation on the site.

- We provide swimming pool coupons at the front when you check-in.

- Tickets to the pool are only available once during the stay period, and cross-use and re-entry are not allowed.

- Restrict the entry of tubes and water play items. (However, wearable tubes for children/life-saving vests are allowed)

- Admission is only possible when wearing swimsuits/rash guards and swim caps/cap hats. (There is no rental service and it is sold in part at convenience stores on the 1st floor.)

- Restrict the entry of food into the pool.

- Underwater and interior photography are prohibited.

- Free of charge per towel / additional cost of 2,000 won per sheet.

[How to use breakfast]

- Advance Reservation Payment Operation Guide

Advance reservations and payments must be made at least one day in advance using QR codes and tablets in the front and each room.

Reservations and payments are not available on the day of breakfast.

Postmark fee: 12,000 won (36 months to 10 years old) _ Free under 36 months (with proof required)

- Depending on traffic jams or weather forecasts, there may be changes in the arrival time of each stop

- Due to traffic jams on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), Hyundai Premium Outlet stops will not operate from 15:00 to 18:00
