-The indoor pool: from June 8, 2026 to 14:00 on June 25, 2026

Please note that construction work will be carried out from March 4th to April 30th.

Restricted facilities: infinity pool, infinity bar, foot bath, virtual spa, outdoor pool, slide (aqua roof & tornado).

Except for the above facilities, the other facilities operate normally.

The complimentary airport shuttle service from and to Incheon Airport operates on the following schedule:

Terminal 1 (20‑minute intervals): 1st floor, Gate 3C First bus 05:10, Last bus 23:10

Terminal 2 (60‑minute intervals): 1st floor, Gate 4A First bus 11:00, Last bus 20:00Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
