-The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada).

-The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
