-Additional cleaning, on request, with change of sheets and towels for a supplement of €20. Does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If the reservation includes the use of the kitchen, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, there will be a supplement of €40 per day. direct payment at the hotel.
Kitchen cleaning will be done on the fourth day of stay. If your stay is longer than 4 days, check with reception.
-The apartments are located on the 5th floor of the adjoining building, with restricted access to the lobby that distributes all the apartments. The reception and breakfast services will be provided from the Hotel.
-A damage deposit of €50 will be requested upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed, before three days after check-out.
-No return of access card: €10 per card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
