You can reach a public landing stage and a bathing jetty, as well as a small pebble beach within 100 metres and some stairs from the property. An ancient footpath to Gandria starts right outside the apartment. The Lido San Domenico public beach is 600 metres away.

The Tamporiva Bus Stop is 70 metres away, and the San Domenico and Post Castagnola Bus Stops, as well as 2 restaurants, are 350 metres away. Upon request, parking is possible at Barony Le Pergole against a surcharge.

The Monte Bré Cable Car, the Lido Lugano public beach, tennis courts, a fitness centre, and various supermarkets are between 1.2 and 1.4 km away. The Congress Centre is 1.6 km away, and the centre of Lugano is 2.5 km away.

Important Information

The apartment is accessible via an outside staircase.

Late check-in after 19.00 and late check-out after 10.00 will incur a CHF 100 fee per hour. Check-in after 22.00 is not possible.

Van: 30 CHF / day

In case of a long stay the bedlinen and towels and the weekly cleaning will be changed weekly with weekly charge.

The shared indoor pool 4 x 8 m (chargeable CHF 35/person/week) for swimmers above 8 years

(accompanied by adults) is in function from 1st June until 30th September. Reserved at any time official

closure due to Covid.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 CHF per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
