Skiing

Hochoetz boasts an elevation of 2,200 meters, with its main ski area extending across the Hochoetz and Kühtai mountains. Notable pistes include the challenging Mittereck run and the scenic Zirmach, complemented by lifts like the Acherkogelbahn and the Oetz lift, providing easy access to varied terrain.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Hochoetz is Linz, 55 minutes drive away.

St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Salzburg, Memmingen, Vienna, Bolzano, Bratislava, Graz, Zurich and Brno airports are all within three hours drive.

Linz is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Hochoetz is easily accessible via Innsbruck Airport, approximately 80 kilometers away. From there, take the A12 motorway towards Ötztal and follow the signs to the resort.

Ski Lift Capacity

The 11 ski lifts are able to uplift 8,000 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, on 7km of ski runs, with 25 snow cannons.
