Skiing

The resort features the Mieminger Plateau, with a ski area that spans around 30 kilometers of pistes, reaching elevations of up to 2,000 meters. Notable runs include the easy Sonnenplateau and the more challenging Piste 8, accessed by the comfortable Hoch-Ötz lift.

Obsteig offers good sking, particularly, for Beginner skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Obsteig is Salzburg, 86 minutes drive away.

Linz, Memmingen, Graz, Bolzano, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Friedrichshafen, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana and Stuttgart airports are all within three hours drive.

Obsteig is easily accessible from Innsbruck Airport, which is about 50 kilometers away. The drive takes about an hour, making it convenient for a weekend getaway.
