Skiing

The ski area in Gérardmer spans across the Vosges mountains, with an elevation reaching up to 1,100 meters. Notable pistes include the red ‘La Piquante’ and the blue ‘Les Cygnes’, serviced by lifts such as the ‘Télésiège de la Mauselaine’ and the ‘Téléski des Cygnes’.

Gérardmer offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Gérardmer is Strasbourg, 92 minutes drive away.

Basel, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Metz, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden, Dole–Jura, Zurich and Berne airports are all within three hours drive.

Gérardmer is accessible via major routes from Strasbourg and Nancy, with the nearest large airport being Strasbourg International Airport. Regular shuttle services connect the airport to the resort.
