Skiing

The ski area around Braunlage features the Wurmberg mountain, the highest peak in the Harz at 971 meters. How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Braunlage is Hannover, 93 minutes drive away.

Leipzig and Paderborn airports are all within three hours drive.

Braunlage is easily accessible by car, with the nearest major city being Göttingen, about 50 km away. The closest airports include Hannover and Erfurt, both offering good transport links to the resort.
