Skiing

Hochgrat reaches an elevation of 1,834 meters, providing access to 12 kilometers of skiable terrain. Notable pistes include the challenging 'Hochgratbahn' and the family-friendly 'Sonnenhang', while the Hochgratbahn lift efficiently transports skiers to the summit.

Hochgrat offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Hochgrat is St. Gallen-Altenrhein, 57 minutes drive away.

Memmingen, Friedrichshafen, Zurich, Innsbruck Airport, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Basel, Stuttgart and Munich airports are all within three hours drive.

Memmingen and St. Gallen-Altenrhein are just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

To reach Hochgrat, travelers can fly into Friedrichshafen or Memmingen airports, both offering convenient access to the resort. From there, a scenic drive or public transport will lead you to the slopes.

Ski Lift Capacity

The 14 ski lifts are able to uplift 6,900 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow Making

Snow-making is available, on 2km of ski runs, with 15 snow cannons.
