Blacktail Mountain features over 1,000 acres of skiable terrain with an elevation of 7,700 feet. Notable pistes include the challenging 'Blacktail' and the scenic 'Huckleberry Hill,' while the 'Chair 1' lift provides access to the majority of the runs.

Blacktail Mountain offers good sking, particularly, for Expert and Intermediate skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Blacktail Mountain is Denver International, 56 minutes drive away.

Colorado Springs, Vail/Eagle, Castlegar, Laramie and Steamboat Springs airports are all within three hours drive.

Denver International is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

To reach Blacktail Mountain, fly into Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) and drive approximately 30 miles to the resort. The scenic route along Highway 93 provides stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
