Skiing
The Stowe Mountain Resort encompasses two mountains: Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak. Mount Mansfield, the highest peak in Vermont at 4,395 feet, offers iconic runs like the Front Four and the popular FourRunner Quad lift, while Spruce Peak provides a family-friendly atmosphere with its own set of trails and lifts.
There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.
Snowboarding
Snowboarding at Stowe is enhanced by the terrain parks, including the Stowe Terrain Park, which features a variety of jumps, rails, and boxes suitable for all skill levels. The resort's diverse terrain also offers ample opportunities for freeriding and powder runs.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Stowe is Burlington, 45 minutes drive away.
Franklin, Morgantown, Johnstown, Clarksburg, DuBois, Rutland, Montreal Trudeau, Altoona and Manchester-Boston airports are all within three hours drive.
Burlington is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
Stowe is accessible from Burlington International Airport, approximately 40 miles away. Visitors can take Interstate 89 and Vermont Route 100 for a scenic drive to the resort.

When is Stowe open?
We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.
Usual opening is late November (Usually opens Saturday before Thanksgiving), and usual closing is Mid April.

Aprés Ski
After a day on the slopes, Stowe offers a vibrant après-ski scene. Notable spots include the historic Matterhorn Bar & Grill and the cozy Whip Bar & Grill, where visitors can enjoy food, drinks, and live music.
