Skiing

The resort features over 50 kilometers of marked ski runs spread across the Thredbo and Merrits areas. Key pistes include the famous Supertrail, which is Australia's longest run, and several well-regarded lifts, such as the Kosciuszko Express and the Merrits Gondola, providing access to varied terrain and breathtaking views.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Thredbo is Canberra, 161 minutes drive away.

Thredbo is accessible via a scenic drive from Canberra, approximately 2.5 hours away, or from the larger city of Sydney, which is about 6 hours away. The route offers beautiful views of the Snowy Mountains, ensuring a pleasant journey.

Usual opening is Early June, and usual closing is Early Oct.
