Skiing

Hotham features a variety of ski areas, including the Summit, which is the highest point, and the popular Heavenly Valley. Notable pistes include the challenging Big D and the family-friendly Playground, with lifts such as the Summit Chair and the Road Runner providing access to the slopes.

There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.

Snowboarding

Snowboarders will enjoy Hotham's terrain parks, particularly the Playground Terrain Park, which offers a range of features for all skill levels. The resort's varied terrain also provides ample opportunities for freeriding.

How to get there

To reach Hotham, the most convenient route is via Melbourne, approximately 4.5 hours away by car. The resort is accessible via the Great Alpine Road, which offers stunning views along the way.
