Ski Show On Snow In Manchester This Weekend

The Northern Snow Show returns to The Snow Centre Manchester this weekend, running Saturday and Sunday, 3–4 October, and once again stands as the UK's only consumer snowsports show held on real snow. The organisers are saying that this year's edition is set to be the biggest yet, blending snowsports brands, live demos, coaching sessions, talks and entertainment into a full two‑day celebration of winter culture.
A highlight of the show, this bit not on the snow, will be a series of fireside chats through the weekend, giving visitors the chance to hear from some of Britain's most recognisable snowsports athletes in a relaxed, close‑up setting before they head onto the snow for sessions and demos. Among those taking part are:
Two‑time Olympian and Crystal Globe winner Kirsty Muir appearing on Saturday for the chat followed by a special Jib Park session.
Five‑time Olympian and Britain's only World Cup winner Dave Ryding, joining for a chat and Sunday coaching sessions.
There's also be Menna Fitzpatrick, Britain's most decorated Paralympian, in conversation on Sunday; Jamie Nicholls, who'll also be coaching and demonstrating Jib Park action across the weekend and Weekend Skier hosting talks and conversations throughout the show.
Beyond the guest line‑up, more than 60 brands will showcase new‑season kit, alongside equipment demos on real snow, the JibWorx Jib Park, tuning and maintenance sessions, live entertainment and plenty more across the weekend.
