A Little of Austria...A Lot of Vermont! Situated on 2,500 acres in beautiful Stowe, Vermont, Trapp Family Lodge (yes…that von Trapp family) is a unique mountain resort featuring Austrian-inspired architecture and European-style accommodations.
The Lodge offers stunning mountain views, old-world comforts, and impeccable service, along with activities for every season. In the area surrounding the Trapp Family Lodge, guests can easily discover cross-country skiing trails, local wineries and scenic hiking paths. Wine and beer enthusiasts also have a place to experience new flavors: The Wine Cellar and von Trapp Brewing, serving only the best wines and lagers brewed onsite in a state-of-the-art facility.

Deluxe Room (Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
These rooms feature a king bed and mountain views. Some deluxe rooms have a private or shared balcony or patio. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in these rooms.
Premier Room (Double, Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located on the 2nd floor, premier rooms feature 1 king bed and a queen size sofa bed or 2 full size beds. They have either a balcony with mountain views or a patio with orchard views. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in these rooms.
Salzburg Suite (Double, Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located on the 1st floor, the Salzburg Suite is a studio suite featuring a king bed and sitting area with queen size sofa bed. This room has a whirlpool tub, refrigerator, patio and mountain views. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in these rooms.
Superior King Room (Double, Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
These rooms include a king bed and a queen size sofa bed. They feature mountain views. Some rooms have a private or shared balcony.
Superior Queen Room (Double, Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
These rooms include 2 queen beds and feature mountain views. Some rooms have a private or shared balcony. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in these rooms.
One-Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 5, 1 Bathroom)
The one-bedroom suite features a king bed in a separate bedroom and a living room with a queen size sofa bed. There is a refrigerator and microwave.
Two-Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 6, 1 Bathroom)
This 4th floor suite has a staircase entrance. It features 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and mountain views. Each bedroom has 1 king bed and the living room has a queen size sofa bed.
Mountain Suite (Sleeps 5, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
The Mountain Suite features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a queen size sofa bed. This suite has a strolling balcony, a refrigerator and a microwave.
Austria Suite (Sleeps 5, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms)
This 3rd floor suite features a master bedroom with a king size bed, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen size sofa bed, wood burning fireplace or wood stove, a half bathroom, wet bar with a refrigerator and private balcony.
von Trapp Suite (Sleeps 5, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
The von Trapp Suite has a king bed in a separate bedroom, a living room with queen size sofa bed. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub while the living room has a half bath. Wood burning fireplace, a balcony, kitchenette and mountain views are also featured.
Tyrol Suite (Sleeps 4, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located on the 3rd floor, the Tyrol Suite is a studio suite featuring a king bed and sitting area with queen size sofa bed. This room has a whirlpool tub, wet bar, refrigerator, balcony, and orchard views. Some Tyrol Suites have a fireplace or wood stove. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in these rooms.
