In addition to the skiing in Maria Alm itself (150km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Hochkönig ski resorts of Dienten am Hochkönig and Mühlbach am Hochkönig.

The ski area of Maria Alm is part of the larger Hochkönig ski region, featuring an impressive elevation of up to 1,900 meters. Key lifts such as the Aberg Gondola and the Natrunbahn provide access to well-maintained pistes like the blue-marked Aberg run and the challenging black runs of the Hochkönig area.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Maria Alm is Salzburg, 80 minutes drive away.
Innsbruck Airport, Munich, Linz, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana and Graz airports are all within three hours drive.
Traveling to Maria Alm is convenient, with the nearest major airports being Salzburg and Innsbruck. From there, rental cars and shuttle services provide easy access to the resort.
