Skiing

Barzio is part of the larger Piani di Bobbio ski area, featuring over 35 km of slopes. The area reaches elevations of up to 2,200 meters, with notable pistes like the scenic 'Pista Nera' and the efficient 'Seggiovia di Bobbio' lift, ensuring quick access to the mountain.

Barzio offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

Snowboarding

Snowboarding enthusiasts will enjoy Barzio's terrain parks, particularly the 'Park Piani di Bobbio,' which offers various features suitable for all skill levels. The natural terrain and wide-open runs provide ample space for freestyle fun.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Barzio is Bergamo, 65 minutes drive away.

Milan Linate, Lugano, Milan Malpensa, Brescia, Verona, Parma, Turin Caselle, Genoa and Bologna airports are all within three hours drive.

Bergamo and Milan Linate are just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Barzio is easily accessible via the Lecco exit on the A36 highway, followed by a scenic drive through the mountains. The nearest major airports are Milan Malpensa and Bergamo, making travel convenient.
