Gitschberg - Jochtal is part of the Valle Isarco ski area with access to 15km of downhill skiing, with 58 marked pistes, served by a total of 4 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Gitschberg - Jochtal itself (3km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Valle Isarco ski resorts of Brixen / Plose, Ladurns, Racines / Ratschings and Sterzing - Vipiteno.

The Gitschberg - Jochtal ski area is nestled in the breathtaking Dolomites, featuring two main mountains: Gitschberg and Jochtal. With an elevation of up to 2,500 meters, it offers a mix of blue, red, and black pistes, including the popular 'Maranza' and 'Rotwand' runs, serviced by modern lifts such as the Gitschberg gondola and the Jochtal chairlift.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Gitschberg - Jochtal is Bolzano, 78 minutes drive away.

Innsbruck Airport, Verona and Brescia airports are all within three hours drive.

Gitschberg - Jochtal is easily accessible by car or public transport. The nearest major airports are Bolzano and Innsbruck, with well-connected road routes leading directly to the resort.
