The ski area of Canillo is in the Andorran Pyrenees at an altitude of 1,530m.

Canillo is part of the Grandvalira ski area with access to 286 marked pistes, served by a total of 66 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Canillo itself (3 pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Grandvalira ski resorts of Encamp, Ordino-Arcalís, Pas de la Casa / Grau Roig and Soldeu / El Tarter.

With ski lifts as high as 2,465m, snow cover is generally reliable.

Skiing

The Canillo ski area is part of the expansive Grandvalira domain, which spans over 210 km of pistes. Notable runs include the blue 'La Solana' and red 'Tosa Espiolets', with lifts like the 'Grau Roig' and 'El Tarter' enhancing access to the mountains, reaching elevations of up to 2,640 meters.

Canillo offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

Snowboarding

Snowboarders will find excellent terrain parks in Canillo, including the 'Fun Zone' and 'Snow Park', catering to various skill levels. These parks offer features such as jumps, rails, and boxes for an exciting ride.

 By Air

The nearest airport to Canillo is Toulouse, 130 minutes drive away.

Perpignan, Carcassonne and Barcelona airports are all within three hours drive.

Canillo is easily accessible via major airports like Barcelona and Toulouse, both around 2.5 hours away by car. Shuttle services and public transport options are available, ensuring a smooth journey to the resort.
