The ski area of The Milky Way comprises the ski slopes of 5 ski areas, including Sauze d'Oulx, Sestrière and Montgenèvre.

The ski area includes 5 Ski Resorts with a combined total of 598 marked pistes, served by a total of 175 ski lifts. appropriate Lift Pass allows you to ski or snowboard in any of the ski areas of Montgenèvre, Clavière, Sansicario, Sauze d'Oulx and Sestrière.

With ski lifts as high as 2,840m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

Skiing

The Milky Way includes several ski areas, such as Sestriere, Cesana, and Sansicario, with an impressive total area of 400 km. The highest point reaches 2,800 meters, featuring notable pistes like the Kandahar and lifts including the Sestriere and the Cesana.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to The Milky Way is Turin Caselle, 89 minutes drive away.

Chambery, Grenoble, Turin Cuneo, Annecy, Genoa, Geneva, Lyon Bron, Milan Linate, Lyon St-Exupéry, Bergamo, Milan Malpensa and Lugano airports are all within three hours drive.

The Milky Way is accessible via major airports such as Turin and Milan. From these cities, travelers can take a train or drive to reach the resort, with well-marked routes guiding the way.
