Skiing

The Mottarone ski area spans an impressive 23 kilometers of slopes, with elevations reaching up to 1,491 meters. Notable pistes include the blue 'Alpini' and the red 'Panoramica', while the Piana del Mottarone lift provides convenient access to the slopes.

There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.

Snowboarding

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Mottarone is Milan Malpensa, 72 minutes drive away.

Milan Linate, Bergamo, Lugano, Turin Caselle, Brescia, Genoa, Parma, Verona and Turin Cuneo airports are all within three hours drive.

To reach Mottarone, the nearest major airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately 80 kilometers away. From the airport, you can take a train to Stresa and then a bus or taxi to the resort.
