Skiing

The ski area of Grächen reaches elevations of up to 2,900 meters, providing a varied terrain for skiers and snowboarders alike. Notable pistes include the Grächen-Matterhorn run and the impressive Hannigalp area, with key lifts such as the Grächen gondola and the Gondelbahn Hannigalp.

Grächen offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Grächen is Sion, 70 minutes drive away.

Geneva, Milan Malpensa, Annecy and Berne airports are all within three hours drive.

Grächen is easily accessible via public transport, with the nearest major airport being Geneva Airport. From there, travelers can take a train to Visp and transfer to a bus that leads directly to the resort.

When is Grächen open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Mid April.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

Aprés Ski

After a day on the slopes, visitors can unwind at local favorites like the Bar 4 and the Restaurant Walliserkanne. For nightlife, the resort offers a relaxed atmosphere with cozy bars and lounges.
