Saas-Fee

Saas-Fee is a charming ski resort nestled in the Swiss Alps. Known for its stunning views and reliable snow, it offers a variety of slopes for all skill levels.

 Summary

Saas-Fee boasts over 100 kilometers of ski runs, with something for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. The resort is set against the backdrop of 18 four-thousand-meter peaks, providing breathtaking scenery and diverse terrain.

The ski area of Saas-Fee is in the Swiss Alps at an altitude of 1,800m, with 100km of marked runs.

Saas-Fee is part of the Saastal ski area with access to 56 marked pistes, served by a total of 35 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Saas-Fee itself (100km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Saastal ski resorts of Saas Almagell and Saas Grund.

The ski resort itself is at 1,800m, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With ski lifts as high as 3,500m, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Saas-Fee is Sion, 70 minutes drive away.

Milan Malpensa, Geneva, Basel and Berne airports are all within three hours drive.

To reach Saas-Fee, the nearest major airports are Geneva and Zurich, both offering good transport links. From there, you can take a train or drive to the resort, with well-marked routes guiding your way.
