Skiing

Handgruobi features a ski area with an elevation of up to 2,500 meters and over 30 kilometers of pistes. Notable runs include the scenic 'Alpenblick' and the challenging 'Schwarze Piste', with lifts like the 'Gipfelbahn' providing easy access to all levels of terrain.

Handgruobi offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate skiers.

Snowboarding

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Handgruobi is Zurich, 70 minutes drive away.

Basel, Lugano, St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Berne, Friedrichshafen, Milan Malpensa, Memmingen and Sion airports are all within three hours drive.

To reach Handgruobi, fly into Zurich Airport and take the train towards Engelberg, followed by a short bus ride. Alternatively, drive via the A2 motorway for convenient access to the resort.
