The ski area of Bohinj is set within the stunning Julian Alps, with heights reaching up to 1,800 meters. Key lifts include the Vogel cable car and the Senožeta, while notable pistes such as the Vogel's 'Ski School' and 'FIS' runs provide a range of challenges for skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Bohinj is Ljubljana, 45 minutes drive away.

Klagenfurt, Trieste, Graz, Zagreb, Salzburg, Rijeka, Venice, Pula and Treviso airports are all within three hours drive.

Klagenfurt and Ljubljana are just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

To reach Bohinj, fly into Ljubljana Airport, approximately 60 kilometers away. From there, you can take a bus or rent a car for a scenic drive through Slovenia's picturesque landscapes.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Mid April.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.
