Panticosa is a picturesque ski resort nestled in the Pyrenees. It offers a charming experience for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

Panticosa features a variety of slopes, catering to both beginners and advanced riders alike. With breathtaking mountain scenery and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a perfect spot for winter sports enthusiasts.

The ski area of Panticosa is in the Spanish Pyrenees at an altitude of 1,500m, with 34km of marked runs.

Panticosa is part of the Aramon ski area with access to 202 marked pistes, served by a total of 72 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Panticosa itself (34km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Aramon ski resorts of Cerler, Formigal, Javalambre and Valdelinares.

With ski lifts as high as 2,220m, snow cover is generally reliable.

Skiing

The resort boasts over 30 kilometers of skiable terrain, with elevations reaching up to 2,600 meters. Notable pistes include the long blue runs of 'Los Lagos' and the challenging black run 'El Tobazo', serviced by lifts such as the 'Telesilla de la Selva' and 'Telecabina de Panticosa'.

Panticosa offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

Snowboarding

Snowboarders will enjoy the terrain parks at Panticosa, including the 'Park de Panticosa', which features a range of jumps and rails suitable for all skill levels. The diverse terrain provides ample opportunities for freestyle enthusiasts.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Panticosa is Huesca, 110 minutes drive away.

Pamplona, Zaragoza, Lourdes, Pau and Biarritz airports are all within three hours drive.

Panticosa is accessible via major airports such as Zaragoza and Barcelona, with well-maintained roads leading to the resort. The drive from Zaragoza takes approximately two hours, making it a convenient destination.

The 15 ski lifts are able to uplift 13,335 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, on 12km of ski runs, with 110 snow cannons.
