Morillon is part of the Grand Massif ski area with access to 265km of downhill skiing, with 351 marked pistes, served by a total of 78 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Morillon itself (85 pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Grand Massif ski resorts of Flaine, Les Carroz, Samoëns and Sixt Fer à Cheval.

With ski lifts as high as 2,500m, snow cover is generally reliable.

Skiing

Morillon's ski area reaches an elevation of 2,500 meters, with a vertical drop of around 1,000 meters. Notable pistes include the blue 'Les Esserts' and the red 'Les Lapiaz,' while key lifts such as the Morillon gondola and the Tête de Saix express provide easy access to the slopes.

Morillon offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Morillon is Annecy, 53 minutes drive away.

Chambery, Geneva, Sion, Grenoble, Lyon St-Exupéry, Lyon Bron, Berne, Clermont-Ferrand and Dole–Jura airports are all within three hours drive.

Annecy is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Morillon is easily accessible via Geneva Airport, located about 60 km away. The drive takes approximately 1 hour and offers stunning views of the Alps.
