Skiing
Filzbach features the Kerenzerberg mountain range, offering around 30 kilometers of ski slopes with elevations reaching up to 1,800 meters. Notable pistes include the blue runs of Hüttli and the challenging red runs on the northern face, with access provided by the Kerenzerbergbahn lift and the Grotzenbüel chairlift.
Filzbach offers good sking, particularly, for Expert and Beginner skiers.

How to get there
By Air
The nearest airport to Filzbach is St. Gallen-Altenrhein, 54 minutes drive away.
Zurich, Friedrichshafen, Basel, Memmingen, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Lugano, Berne and Innsbruck Airport airports are all within three hours drive.
St. Gallen-Altenrhein and Zurich are just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.
Reaching Filzbach is straightforward, with Zurich Airport being the most convenient option, located about 90 kilometers away. From there, take the A3 motorway towards Chur, then follow the signs for Filzbach.
