Vercorin is part of the Sierre-Anniviers ski area with access to 80 marked pistes, served by a total of 51 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Vercorin itself (35km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Sierre-Anniviers ski resorts of Chandolin, Grimentz, St-Luc and Zinal.

Skiing

The ski area of Vercorin is located in the Val d'Anniviers, featuring elevations ranging from 1,400 to 2,500 meters. Notable pistes include the wide, scenic runs of the Mont-Sur-Rolle and the challenging descent from the Tête de Bovine, with efficient lifts such as the cable car to Crêt du Midi for easy access.

Vercorin offers good sking, particularly, for Expert and Intermediate skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Vercorin is Sion, 40 minutes drive away.

Geneva, Berne, Annecy, Chambery, Turin Caselle and Basel airports are all within three hours drive.

Sion is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Vercorin is easily accessible by car or public transport, with the nearest major airport being Geneva International Airport, approximately 2.5 hours away. From there, travelers can take a train or drive to the resort, enjoying scenic mountain views along the way.
