Nestled in the Mont-Blanc massif, St Gervais is an idyllic ski resort boasting over 400 kilometers of interconnected pistes. With its rich history and stunning scenery, it’s a favorite among both families and seasoned skiers.

The ski area of St Gervais Mont-Blanc is in the French Alps at an altitude of 850m, with 65km of marked runs.

St Gervais Mont-Blanc is part of the Ski Pass Mont Blanc area with access to 507 marked pistes, served by a total of 248 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in St Gervais Mont-Blanc itself (65km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Ski Pass Mont Blanc ski resorts of Argentière, Chamonix, Combloux, Cordon, Le Tour, Les Contamines, Les Houches, Megève and Passy Plaine Joux.

With ski lifts as high as 2,350m, snow cover is generally reliable.

Skiing

The ski area of St Gervais Mont-Blanc features a variety of terrains across the slopes of the Mont Joly and Mont d'Arbois, reaching an elevation of 2,350 meters. Notable pistes include the long descent of the 'Bettex' and the challenging 'Les Chattrix', served by lifts such as the Mont Joly gondola and the Bettex chairlift.

There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to St Gervais Mont-Blanc is Annecy, 56 minutes drive away.

Chambery, Sion, Geneva, Lyon St-Exupéry, Grenoble, Lyon Bron, Turin Caselle, Berne and Dole–Jura airports are all within three hours drive.

Annecy is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Traveling to St Gervais Mont-Blanc is convenient via major airports like Geneva Airport, approximately 80 km away, or Chambery Airport, around 140 km. Regular shuttle services connect these airports to the resort.

When is St Gervais Mont-Blanc open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Mid April.
